By providing customizable templates and dynamic placeholders, the tool enables us to include relevant contact information, logos, and promotional banners in our email signatures. Even in a seasonal circumstance for e.g. Marketing events and Sales. This ensures that every email sent from our organization reflects our brand identity and conveys a polished image to our recipients.

We migrated from an Exchange server cluster to Microsoft 365. There was no company standard for signatures and banner management, if you can even call it that, was done through one of our webhosting spaces.
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 allows us to consolidate our signature management and standardize signature content based on up-to-date employee information and business unit requirements, from multiple M365 tenants. Our marketing department can now also configure temporary event-related signature changes without having to engage the IT department, streamlining the process reducing the workload of both teams.

Great Product and customer support
CodeTwo Email Signatures allow us to centrally manage end-user's e-mail signatures. It makes it easy to swap out images, change texts or schedule a season or event specific special signature for everybody, a specific group or single users. No more copy & paste errors on the user side, no more outdated or wrong sized images, no more wrong or broken hyperlinks ... The WYSIWYG editor is very well made and there is a powerful code editor for changing the HTML source if you so desire. It can easily be used by less tech-savy people and the result will look great.

Cant go wrong with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 software we had users create their
own signatures and it was horrible from a corporate view. Thanks to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we were able to setup differnt signatures for each department with individual user info straight from Azure AD / Entra. Now everybody
can easily conform to our corporate identity and the workers have one
thing less to worry about.
- Connection to m365 tenant was a breeze, setup was very straightforward.
- Setup of multiple signatures using variables for individual user information out of AAD/Entra is quickly done.
- Defining rules to apply the correct signature to each user is easy and offers plenty of options.
- By using exchanges journaling function emails are being sent to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 as a first step and are returned to exchange with a signature. After that they leave for their final destination. This makes our mail archiving software save two copies of each outgoing mail. Its fine, but might be worth taking into consideration for the future.
- Templates for rules might be a good idea. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 could provide examples of the rules that most of their customers use.
- A dark mode for the website would be highly appreciated.

Consistent Signatures and Superb Support
One of the biggest benefits of using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is the ability to maintain branding consistency across all platforms. Simple, functional and time-saving
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 for centralised and uniform signatures in server mode, including some transport rules so that we can send emails via our email protection. The challenge here is that the emails are signed before they are sent and yet they are sent via the cloud-based external protection system. The setup was easy and well documented. The support is fast and very goal-oriented.

By being able to manage 365 Admin data and then being able to manage signatures remotely, we are able to maintain a consistent brand across the entire company while being specific and custom where needed.

Robust and Powerful Signature Management at a Good Price
This is a stable, mature product that just keeps getting better. The new web interface is great. The free photo upload tool for Azure makes adding photos to MS 365 users very easy. I also like the new global auto-reply feature, which is something I am pretty sure Microsoft does not have natively. The signature scheduling and filters are very helpful. Overall, a very powerful tool. Support is excellent and very quick to respond as well.

As a group containing 12 companies and a lot of different brands we needed a solution where we easily can manage a large complex hierarchy of signatures, and CodeTwo is very easy to maintain. At one point we had a student worker setting everything up, without much introduction to the product.

Easy and solid solution for M365 signatures!
Our own and old on-premise solution required quite a lot of coding when it came to new signatures or changing signatures. This reserved quite a lot time once in a while and especially during the holiday season when signatures have the habit to change more then once. We use CodeTwo for everyone in the organization and with CodeTwo we can use our signature(s) on every device in the company and everywhere in the world.

CodeTwo Email Signatures Review
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures to deploy and manage our enterprise-wide email signatures for Microsoft Office 365. Unfortunately, Office 365 does not come with, nor offer, any native managed email signature solution so a third-party one is required. We use CodeTwo Email Signatures across our entire organization to ensure a standardized signature format is used in all email communications.
- Creating and editing signatures within the browser interface and not a separate installable.
- Signatures can be managed and inserted for Outlook desktop, web, and mobile.
- Allows for rule-based signature insertions.
- When the maximum license count is reached due to employee churn, an automatic user license counter reset should occur since employee churn is so high in this day and age. Presently you don't receive any notification that maximum licenses have been reached and signatures just stop working for the most recent users, which requires a manual reset of the license counter in the portal.
- Would like the ability to automatically always hide the "signature inserted by CodeTwo" banner when signatures are inserted.
- Outlook Mobile App in-client signature insertion is definitely needed, although this omission might be due to a limitation of what Microsoft makes possible for 3rd party developers.

CodeTwo - Great product - Great service
As we support multiple clients it makes managing the various signatures of those clients easier. Typically we will set up one signature per organization however in some cases we will have unique signatures set up for different mailboxes. Making changes to an individual's signature is less of a choir too due to it being a simple change in O365 to their details.

Before CodeTwo, we had trouble getting everyone to do update their signatures on their own - people get busy, or they don't understand how the process works. But now with CodeTwo, not only can we make sure all email signatures are professional, but we can also use the system to market when needed. By adding linkable banners to our signatures, we can let those we communicate with know about upcoming campaigns, events, and more. It has been an amazing tool for our organization! And I should also mention that their customer support is 10/10 - fast, reliable, and always ready to help.

It is being used across the organization to standardize email signatures and provide additional information such as closure dates and seasonal information.

CodeTwo is currently being implemented, with the intent to control and manage all of our internal staff email signatures at our various sites. It's great because we are easily able to visually change and update signatures based on department and site, and have unique information and structure that will suit every department individually. Our previous solution of using a simple VBS script to create email signatures on login, faced issues of reliance on users to sign out and back into accounts in order for the signatures to update, this was especially crucial to the promotional signature, which we often implement. CodeTwo allows us to visually make these changes and gives us the comfort of knowing they are live as soon as we want them, as well as being able to automatically schedule when they turn off. It has completely changed the way we manage email signatures for the better.
